Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use flexvisi.in or buy a digital product or service from FLEXVISI. By paying for a purchase, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

“FLEXVISI”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean FLEXVISI, a business based in India. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at wa.me/flexvisi. “You” means the person or business making the purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy from us. If you buy for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What we sell

• Digital products: downloadable files, templates, design assets, tools and access-based digital goods, as described on each product or pay link.
• Services: design and related work, with the scope, price and timeline set out in a written quote or invoice.

We describe each product as accurately as we can. Images and previews are illustrations; small differences in appearance may occur.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless the quote or pay link states otherwise. The full amount is shown before you pay.
• Payments are taken through secure payment links from our payment partner, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on the partner's secure page; FLEXVISI never sees or stores them.
• An order is confirmed only when the payment succeeds. A failed or pending payment does not create an order.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from a transaction being declined, including because you exceeded a limit agreed between you and your bank or card issuer.
• FLEXVISI is not registered under GST, and no GST is charged. Any bank, currency-conversion or withholding charges on your side are yours.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly by email or WhatsApp after a successful payment, to customers worldwide. Services are delivered on the schedule in the quote. See the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final, except in the cases listed in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Licence and use of digital products

• When you buy a digital product, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it as described on the product. If no licence is stated, it is for your own personal or business use.
• You may not resell, share, redistribute, sub-license or publish the product files, or the access to them, in whole or in part, free or paid.
• FLEXVISI keeps all intellectual-property rights in its products. Third-party elements (such as fonts or stock media) stay under their own licences.
• We may suspend access to a product if these terms are broken.

7. Services

• The scope, deliverables, revision rounds and timeline are those in the written quote. Extra work is quoted separately.
• You are responsible for providing content, approvals and feedback on time. Delays on your side move the timeline.
• Ownership of final deliverables passes to you once the full amount is paid. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Acceptable use of the website

Don't misuse flexvisi.in: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access that does.

9. Disclaimers, liability and indemnity

• Products and the website are provided “as is”. We do not promise that they will suit every purpose or be free of every error.
• To the extent the law allows, FLEXVISI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or data.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service the claim concerns.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded.
• You agree to indemnify FLEXVISI against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of a product.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as network or platform outages, natural disasters or government action.

10. Third-party services

Payments, hosting, email and similar functions run on third-party platforms. Their own terms apply to their part of the service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; we will try to resolve any dispute in good faith. If that fails, the courts of Chhattisgarh, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published here when you made your purchase.

These terms, with the policies linked on this page, are the whole agreement between you and FLEXVISI for a purchase. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away does not mean we give it up.
